Make sure to always check all review sites to monitor any reviews of your company. Note that you can pay Yelp to bump up your reviews but downside is that they look fake or too good
and customers looking on that app know it. If you don't pay Yelp they'll push your company and reviews to a lesser rank on their site.
Bad reviews are, well, bad! Do everything you can to prevent bad reviews and go out of your way to fix them by approaching the customer and find out what the problem was, how you can improve then kindly ask for them to remove the review. Or find an incentive for them to remove it such as a class/tour/rental discount. I also recommend creating a class/tour evaluation form for clients to make sure you're doing your job right!
