Training your
instructors, guides and staff will reflect the professionalism of your business or recreational center. There's too many shops and organizations not properly training their staff thus putting their customers at risk. Some businesses have employee manuals to help train their guides on their teaching methods, routes, rescue methods and customer service practices. Additional training and certifications include Wilderness First Aid, Lifeguard Training, Interpretative Training and other SUP certifications. How do you train your staff?
